Day on the Hill: Legislative Day

Love For Red took on the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines! This was our third year in our advocacy journey! We spoke with many Iowa State legislators on both Senate side & House side about legislation regarding free menstrual products for students in Iowa.

This year we advocated for a grant fund that schools can access to be able to provide menstrual products for their students in need. Thank you to everyone who talked to us and thank you to everyone who advocated with us!
